[대덕연구개발특구 소식]원자력硏, 요르단에 반도체 생산 핵심 기술 'NTD' 시설 구축
이번 사업은 우리나라 최초 원자력시스템 수출 사례였던 요르단 연구용원자로(JRTR) 내에서 6인치 2기, 8인치 1기 규모의 NTD 시설을 구축하는 사업이다. 설계부터 시운전, 운영 교육훈련까지 전 과정을 수행한다. 사업 기간은 최종 계약 체결 후 36개월이다. 원자력연은 시뮬레이션 프로그램 설계와 핵심 조사장치의 설계·제작을 맡고, ㈜미래와도전은 부대시설의 설계·제작과 시설 설치를 담당할 예정이다.
This project will build NTD facilities inside Jordan's research reactor (JRTR), consisting of two 6-inch units and one 8-inch unit, at the site of Korea's first nuclear-system export.
They will perform the entire process from design to commissioning and operational training.
The project period is 36 months after the final contract is signed.
The Nuclear Research Institute will handle simulation program design and the design and manufacture of the core irradiation device, while Mirae & Dojeon Co. will be in charge of auxiliary facility design and manufacture and facility installation.
