이 자리에서 양측은 현재 오픈AI가 운영 중인 정부·기관용 신뢰 기반 접근 프로그램(GTAC)의 참여를 공식화했다. GTAC에 한국이 참여하는 것은 전 세계에서 미국과 캐나다에 이어 세 번째이며, 아시아에선 일본과 함께 최초다. 이에 따라 한국은 오픈AI의 최상위 프런티어 모델뿐만 아니라 보안 특화 고성능 모델에 대한 직접적인 접근 권한을 확보하게 됐다.

서울시교육청은 '유아 맞춤형 체험 중심 안전교육 사업'을 본격 추진한다고 28일 밝혔다. 유보통합 정책 방향에 맞춰, 유치원 중심이던 지원을 어린이집까지 확대해 모든 영유아가 안전교육 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 한 게 사업의 핵심이다. 서울시교육청은 올해 ▲ 찾아가는 안전교육 ▲ 함께하는 안전교육 ▲ 유아 안전교육 기관·프로그램 안내서 배포 등 3개 프로그램을 새롭게 선보인다.

톱티어 연구자에는 김근수 연세대 교수, 주영석 한국과학기술원(KAIST) 교수, 권성훈 서울대 교수가 선정됐다. 김 교수는 양자물질 초전도를 주제로 고온초전도 원리를 밝히는 연구를 수행한다. 주 교수는 노화와 발암 과정에서 나타나는 세포 이질성을 분석해 체세포 변이가 질병 발생에 미치는 영향을 규명할 계획이다. 권 교수는 대규모 면역 데이터를 바탕으로 면역 시스템의 복잡한 작동 원리를 해석하는 새로운 분석 방법을 제시한다.
Top-tier researchers selected include Yonsei University professor Kim Geun-su, KAIST professor Joo Young-seok, and Seoul National University professor Kwon Sung-hoon.
Professor Kim will carry out research on quantum-material superconductivity, aiming to clarify the principles of high-temperature superconductivity.
Professor Joo plans to analyze cell heterogeneity appearing during aging and carcinogenesis to determine how somatic mutations affect disease development.
Professor Kwon proposes a new analytical method that interprets the complex operating principles of the immune system based on large‑scale immune data.
