교황은 이번 회칙의 가장 중요한 표현으로 'AI 무장해제'를 꼽았다. 기술을 가진 권력자가 스스로 AI를 통치하도록 하는 권리를 거부한다는 뜻이다. 이런 의미에서 무장해제는 AI 기술에 대한 거부가 아니라 AI가 인간을 지배하지 못하게 하는 것이라고 교황은 강조했다.

서산 車범퍼 공장 불, 40대 2명-소방관 1명 다쳐
24일 오전 8시 54분경 충남 서산시의 한 자동차 범퍼 제조 공장에서 화재가 발생해 소방관들이 진화 작업을 벌이고 있다. 이날 소방 당국은 관할 소방서 인력 전체가 출동하는 대응 1단계를 발령하고 인력 405명과 소방차 76대를 투입해 화재 발생 약 12시간 만인 오후 8시 35분경 완전히 불을 껐다. 이날 화재로 공장 근로자 6명이 대피했고 이 가운데 40대 남성 등 2명이 연기를 들이마셔 병원으로 이송된 후 치료를 받고 귀가했다. 소방관 2명도 다쳤지만 생명에 지장이 없는 것으로 알려졌다.
