SK AX(대표 김완종·사진)는 그린워싱 등 법적 문제가 될 수 있는 콘텐츠를 사전에 판별하고 대응 방안을 제공하는 AI 서비스 '엑스젠틱와이어 컴플라이언스'를 출시했다고 20일 밝혔다. 환경·사회·지배구조(ESG)가 강조되고 관련 규제가 엄격해진 현실에서 기업 평판 훼손이나 재무 손실로 이어질 수 있는 잠재 리스크를 AI 기술로 사전에 차단할 수 있게 된 것이다. SK AX는 엑스젠틱와이어 컴플라이언스의 가장 큰 강점으로 3400건 이상 판례와 심의 결정 사례를 탑재해 위반 여부를 정확히 판별할 수 있다는 점을 꼽았다. 서비스 입력창에 제품 소개서, 공시 보고서, 홈페이지 주소 등을 입력하면 단 몇 초 안에 위반 여부와 가이드라인을 받아볼 수 있다.
SK AX said on the 20th that it launched an AI service called 'Xgentic Wire Compliance' that pre-screens content that could pose legal issues like greenwashing and offers response measures.
With ESG emphasized and related regulations tightening, AI can preemptively block potential risks that could harm a company's reputation or cause financial losses.
SK AX cited as the service's biggest strength that it includes over 3,400 court rulings and review decisions, allowing it to determine violations accurately.

The court continued, “Regarding allegations of Lawyer Kwon’s breach-of-trust intent, keeping the plaintiff’s claims in mind and after reviewing legal issues about the rule that treats an appeal as withdrawn, if the need for witness examination is recognized we can proceed with witness questioning then, and if we judge a conclusion can be reached without witness examination, we may do so.”
The court did not, for the time being, accept the bereaved family's request to examine Lawyer Kwon as a witness.
