삼성SDS, 2.5조원 규모 '국가 AI컴퓨팅센터' 짓는다...2028년까지 구축
과학기술정보통신부는 11일 "삼성SDS 컨소시엄과 사업자 및 사업 계획 확정을 위한 실시 협약과 출자 및 SPC(특수목적법인) 설립·운영 등을 위한 주주 간 계약을 체결했다"고 밝혔다. 이번 사업에는 삼성SDS 컨소시엄이 단독으로 입찰에 참여했다. 삼성SDS 컨소시엄에는 삼성SDS, 네이버클라우드, 삼성물산, 카카오, 삼성전자, 클러쉬, KT, 전라남도, 서남해안기업도시개발이 참여하고 있다.
On May 11, the Ministry of Science and ICT said it had signed an implementation agreement with the Samsung SDS consortium to finalize the operator and business plan, along with a shareholders' agreement covering capital contributions and the establishment and operation of an SPC (special-purpose company).
The Samsung SDS consortium participated in the bid alone for this project.
The Samsung SDS consortium includes Samsung SDS, Naver Cloud, Samsung C&T, Kakao, Samsung Electronics, Clush, KT, Jeollanam-do, and Seonamhaean Enterprise City Development.

이번 조치는 올해부터 시행된 '수입식품안전관리 특별법' 개정안에 따른 후속 조치다. 개정안에는 마약류 함유 가능성이 있는 해외직구 식품에 대한 의무 검사와 위해 제품 정보 공개 근거가 담겼다. 식약처는 마약 성분 함유 의심 제품 해외직구 식품 구매검사를 연 2회로 정례화하고 관세청, 방송미디어통신심의위원회 등 관계기관과 협업해 국내 반입 및 유통을 신속히 차단할 방침이다.

The amendment includes mandatory testing for overseas direct-purchase foods that may contain narcotics and a basis for disclosing information on hazardous products.
The MFDS plans to make its purchase inspections of overseas direct-purchase foods suspected of containing narcotic ingredients a regular twice-yearly program and, in coordination with agencies such as the Korea Customs Service and the broadcasting-media communications review body, move quickly to block their import and distribution in Korea.
