한화에어로스페이스가 한국항공우주산업(KAI) 지분을 5.09%로 끌어올리고 경영 참여를 선언하면서 앞으로 전략과 그 결과에 관심이 모아지고 있다. 앞서 3월 관계사와 함께 KAI 지분 4.99%를 확보했던 한화에어로스페이스는 이번에 추가로 10만 주(0.1%)를 매입했다. 그러면서 지분 보유 목적을 '단순 투자'에서 '경영 참여'로 공식 변경한 것이다. 한화에어로스페이스는 올해 연말까지 총 5000억 원을 KAI 주식 매입에 투입할 계획이다.
Hanwha Aerospace raised its stake in Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) to 5.09% and declared it will participate in management, drawing attention to its future strategy and outcomes.
Earlier in March, Hanwha Aerospace and affiliated companies had secured a 4.99% stake in KAI, and this time it bought an additional 100,000 shares (0.1%).
It officially changed the purpose of holding the shares from 'simple investment' to 'management participation.'
Hanwha Aerospace plans to spend a total of 500 billion won on KAI share purchases by the end of this year.

이재명 대통령은 7일 우리나라에 대한 국제통화기금(IMF)의 순부채비율 전망치가 주요국에 비해 낮은 것은 정부 금융 자산에 국민연금 적립액이 포함됐기 때문이라는 언론 지적에 "한국의 재정 여력에 대한 국제통화기금(IMF) 평가가 배제된 보도"라고 지적했다. 이 대통령은 이날 청와대에서 주재한 수석보좌관 회의에서 "IMF의 한국순부채비율 전망치(10.3%)가 주요 20개국 평균 전망치(89.6%)보다 크게 낮은 것은 착시"라는 내용을 담은 언론 보도를 거론하며 이같이 말했다고 강유정 수석대변인이 브리핑에서 밝혔다. 강 수석대변인은 그러면서 "이 대통령은 지난 4월 IMF가 재정모니터를 통해 한국을 역사적으로 재정이 튼튼한 나라라고 언급한 점, 지난해 10월 한국 연례협의 보고서에서도 중앙정부 부채가 지속 가능하며 상당한 재정 여력이 있다는 평가가 있었음을 가리키며, 이런 평가나 의견이 배제된 보도에 아쉬움을 표했다"고 전했다.

Kang added that Lee expressed regret over reporting that omitted those assessments, noting that the IMF had described Korea in April's Fiscal Monitor as historically fiscally sound and had also said in its October annual consultation report last year that the central government's debt was sustainable and that the country had substantial fiscal room.
