グローバルスターは、衛星通信サービスの大手事業者。 アマゾンは既存の衛星やインフラを取得することにより、サービスを拡大する。 買収額は約116億米ドルで、株式交換もしくは現金で取得する。 議決権の約58％を有する株主と合意しており、買収は2027年までに完了する見通し。
Globalstar is a major provider of satellite communication services.
Amazon will expand its services by acquiring existing satellites and infrastructure.
The acquisition is worth about $11.6 billion and will be paid for with either a stock swap or cash.
They have reached an agreement with shareholders holding about 58% of the voting rights, and the acquisition is expected to be completed by 2027.
県酒造組合が都内で新酒ＰＲ 26蔵元が出品、600人来場｜下野新聞デジタル
本県の地酒を首都圏にＰＲしようと、県酒造組合は８日、東京都品川区のイベントホールで「新世代栃木の酒 下野杜氏（とうじ）新酒発表２０２６」を開いた。 県内の26の蔵元がブースを設け、自慢の新酒を中心に計約１６０点を出品。 酒販店や飲食店向けの第１部と一般向けの第２部に各約３００人、計約６００人が来場した。

Twenty-six local breweries set up booths and exhibited about 160 items, mainly their proud new sakes.
About 300 people attended each of the first session for liquor retailers and restaurants and the second session for the general public, for approximately 600 attendees in total.

They aim to increase the number of robots to 2,000 by 2040 and automate almost the entire research process of formulating hypotheses and verifying them in experiments.
Robots participated in the ribbon-cutting to celebrate the opening.
Center Director Keiichi Nakayama said, "We want to make Japanese science the best in the world, and to do that we want to make use of AI and robots."
国土交通省、圏央道成田空港周辺ICの新規事業化を許可 - TRAICY（トライシー）
成田空港では、C滑走路の新設や新貨物地区の整備などが進んでおり、圏央道の全線開通によって成田空港と埼玉方面や羽田空港方面へのアクセスが向上し、物流の効率化や恋雨再競争力の強化につながるとしている。 新貨物地区と圏央道のアクセス時間が9分短縮される。
At Narita Airport, work is under way on projects such as a new Runway C and a new cargo district, and officials say the full opening of the Ken-O Expressway will improve access from Narita to Saitama and Haneda, making logistics more efficient and strengthening competitiveness.
Access time between the new cargo area and the Ken-O Expressway will be reduced by nine minutes.
