労働協約は給与体系と労働条件の2つを規定しており、企業年金制度や業績連動型報酬に関する内容も含まれる。 協約の有効期間は4月1日から3年間で、運航の安定性に寄与するものとしている。 乗務員の大多数が、労働組合の代表として統一サービス産業労働組合（Verdi）を選出した。
The collective labor agreement defines two things—pay structure and working conditions—and also includes provisions on company pension schemes and performance-linked pay.
The agreement is effective from April 1 for three years and is said to contribute to operational stability.
A majority of the crew elected the United Services Union (Verdi) as their union representative.
