今年已拦截现金2990余万元 北京警方严打涉电信网络诈骗黑灰产业
工作中，北京警方集中力量打击为诈骗提供技术、信息、洗钱等支持的各类犯罪团伙，并针对诈骗分子利用线下方式转移赃款的新手段开展专项行动，重点打击通过取现、购买黄金等方式进行洗钱的"车队"，形成有效震慑。 同时，强化源头治理与协同管控，持续深化与电信、金融、银行、互联网等部门协作联动，紧抓涉诈电话卡银行卡、非法APP、网络账户等关键要素开展共同整治，进一步挤压黑灰产业的生存空间。 日前，北京警方部署多警种联动、跨省市同步作战，成功打掉一个流窜全国多地，专门为诈骗犯罪洗钱的电诈黑灰产团伙，抓获涉案嫌疑人7人。

At the same time, police strengthened upstream prevention and coordinated controls, deepened collaboration with the telecom, finance, banking, and internet sectors, and carried out joint cleanups targeting key elements such as fraud-linked SIM cards and bank cards, illegal apps, and online accounts, further squeezing the space in which these black-and-gray industries can operate.
Recently, Beijing police deployed coordinated action across multiple branches and simultaneous operations across provinces and cities, successfully dismantling a roaming criminal group that laundered money for telecom-fraud operations across the country and arresting seven suspects.
