They said China should draw on its cultural lineage to strengthen the Chinese nation's cultural identity and reinforce the cultural foundations for building national strength and achieving rejuvenation;
Digital and smart technologies should be used to energize cultural reform and development;
The idea of using culture to engage with the world should be strengthened, further expanding international people-to-people and cultural exchanges and cooperation.

据了解，2026版名录由中国科学院动物研究所牵头、联合中国科学院植物研究所、中国科学院微生物研究所、中国科学院海洋研究所、中国科学院成都生物研究所和中国科学院昆明动物研究所等多家单位共同完成。 项目得到中国科学院战略生物资源计划和国家基础学科公共科学数据中心的支持。
The 2026 edition of the catalogue was led by the Institute of Zoology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and completed jointly with the CAS institutes of Botany, Microbiology, Oceanology, Chengdu Biology, Kunming Zoology, and other organizations.
The project was supported by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Strategic Biological Resources Program and the National Public Science Data Center for Basic Disciplines.

当前，以人形机器人为代表的具身智能产业发展备受关注。 在22日举行的国家发展改革委例行新闻发布会上，国家发展改革委政策研究室副主任、新闻发言人李超表示，前不久举行的北京亦庄人形机器人半程马拉松比赛上，机器人们的表现进步明显，比较突出的有三个方面。 一是速度更快，主要靠高爆发力电机等元器件的性能升级。 二是更加灵活，机器人通过弯道、坡道等复杂路况的能力显著提升，这主要是靠动态平衡"小脑"模型等技术进步。 三是更加自主，部分机器人实现全程自主导航和避障，主要是靠自主感知与导航模型能力的提升。

First, they are faster, mainly because components such as high-output motors have improved.
Second, they are more agile: their ability to handle bends, slopes, and other complex conditions has improved significantly, mainly thanks to advances such as dynamic-balance "cerebellum" models.
Third, they are more autonomous: some robots can navigate and avoid obstacles for the entire course on their own, mainly because their perception and navigation models have become stronger.
